Yes, you can. First, you need to register on our website and get a personal China shipping address, and use it during checkout on Chinese online stores like Taobao, Tmall and JD.com. Once we receive your order at our UB facility, we can send your package via one of our contracted local drivers who will deliver your package to your nearest provincial centre. Allow up to 1-2 days. We will not open any packages unless requested by the customer. If the customer selects the "check package" option during the shipping creation process in EMongol, we will open each package as it arrives at our facility. Our highly trained agents carefully inspect your purchases to ensure they have not been damaged in transit and are legal to export from China. If the customer has an invoice attached, we will compare the contents of the package with the purchase shown on the invoice to ensure you receive the correct item. If the invoice shows the price you paid, we will also enter those values for you. If you have received an item that is not in the manufacturer's original packaging, or from a trusted merchant, we will unpack the product and inspect the item. This allows EMongol to reduce fraud and save you shipping costs by verifying that the product is in the package correctly and can be legally exported from China.
Our members receive free 14-day package storage at UB facility. After the free storage days have expired, the following storage fees will apply: 1-14 days free, 14-30 days 1000 MNT. After 30 days of storage, EMongol will attempt to automatically ship your item directly to you. Storage fees continue to accrue until your package is shipped, discarded, or returned to the sender. You will see an itemized storage fee on your invoice when the package is shipped or dropped.
No. Neither EMongol, nor our couriers, provide any form of temperature-controlled storage or transportation. Common items that require refrigeration include frozen foods, perishable foodstuffs, temperature-sensitive medications, dry ice and chocolate. EMongol may refuse packages that arrive at our facility requiring temperature controls or that include items that are perishable.
Once your items are received at our China facility, based on your selection, you will receive your items in UB within 6-10 Days from Huhhot. We also want to remind our members that delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and unexpected carrier delays. While EMongol strives to provide the most accurate estimates, these factors can impact delivery time.
