If your shipment is not oversized but heavy, measure it in kilograms; if it is light but oversized, measure it in cubic meters. This evaluation system is independent of our organization and depends on the evaluation policy of China Customs. If there are no national statutory holidays or force majeure events (natural disasters, sudden government and customs decisions, etc.) during the shipment, we will ship the goods to you within 3-5 days.

We guarantee that your shipment will be delivered to UB without any damage after receiving it at Erlian Branch facility. If your shipment is damaged due to our fault, we will refund you 100% based on your purchase receipt and merchandise order. However, when we receive your shipment in Erlian, we will check the integrity of the box and packaging, and we will make a decision to accept or return the shipment after contacting you the package with visible damage. We do not have the right to open and inspect the undamaged package without your permission, so we will accept it and send it to UB. If you want to have your cargo inspected by us for damage, color, size, etc., select "Inspect Package" options in the "Shipment Information" section. We will charge an additional 10 yuan service fee for each box we inspect. When receiving the goods, based on the parcel information entered in the cargo description section, we will check the package and if it matches the description or if there are no damage and cracks, we will pack the box using additional materials and send it to UB.

No requirements. You can order directly from the Erlian branch address at the bottom of this page. Most importantly, companies and individuals sending shipments must include your phone number in the shipping address. This is because we do not have information about you or the goods in our registration system, so it will be difficult to find the owner of the goods without a phone number. Therefore, we allow users to register on our website and receive services. Because by becoming a member of our website, you not only have full control over your cargo, but you can also enjoy current and new membership services and discounts.

We will send the package to the local delivery address registered on our website, we will contact you before sending the package and after confirming payment of the shipping fee from Erlian to UB and additional payment and information for local shipping, we will to our contracted local transport drivers. But when you receive the shipment, you inspect the shipment for completeness and pay the driver the main shipping fee and additional charges. We have long-term agreements with local drivers so we can deliver your goods reliably and without damage at discounted prices.
